We ship using USPS or UPS . You will be sent tracking information via your provided email when the item ships. There is no guarantee on shipping times, but it typically take 5-7 days for your item to arrive once shipped. Shipping during the busy holiday season may take longer.

 

Purchasing the shipping upgrade will change the shipping speed to 3-5 days. Delays by the carrier, USPS or UPS, is beyond our control.  Since we cannot guarantee shipping speed by the acrriers, we will not offer refunds if the item doesn't arrive within the alotted time.
