What if the item I want is sold out?

Please message us to find out if and when the item may be back in stock. Sometimes, we will accept a special order for a sold out item.

 

Why does it take so long to ship out an item?

Some items are made to order. Since each item is made by a single person, they can be made only one at a time. Crafting an item takes time, especially when  dry time is needed for stains, paints, clear coats, etc.  Most items will ship within 5 days of order placement.  Made-to-order and custom items may take 1-2 weeks to ship.

 

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.  If there is an issue with an item that you ordered, please message us.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship only to addresses within the continental U.S.

 

If I live locally, can I pick up an item and receive a discount?
